Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Paladin Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our electronic security installation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling project activities to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
  • Project Ownership and Management: Take end-to-end ownership of project delivery, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule are met.
  • Job Closure: Ensure all project documentation, including as-built drawings and close-out reports, are completed and submitted to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of functional project management experience in a technical environment.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to participate in and pass pre-employment and customer-required background checks and drug screens.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role, project management, security integration, or technical experience.
  • PMP or PMI certification.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English.
  • Manual dexterity required for occasional reaching, lifting of light office objects, and operating office equipment.
  • Sitting, standing, walking in office environments and construction sites.
Working Conditions:
  • Office environment with occasional site visits.
  • Driving to customer sites required.
  • Limited overnight travel may be required.

Paladin Technologies offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 (DOE) and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, company-provided basic life insurance, and AD&D, short-term disability, telemedicine & virtual counseling, and 401(k) plan.
