About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with leadership experience to shape the future of healthcare. As an Ambulatory RN Clinical Lead, you will collaborate with practice managers, ensure high-quality patient care, and promote a culture of continuous learning. Your expertise will guide the development of clinical staff, driving excellence in patient outcomes and staff performance.
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A graduate degree from an accredited nursing program or three years of related professional nursing experience.
- A valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana.
- A strong background in medical office experience, preferably with 3 years of clinical supervision or lead experience.
- Excellent computer skills for documentation and work-related purposes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide others.
Salary Range: $95,000 - $130,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
