About the Role

Community Health Network seeks a skilled Ambulatory Registered Nurse to join our Gastroenterology Care team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting phone triage, patient education, scheduling appointments, and contacting patients with results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct phone triage and provide patient education
  • Schedule appointments and contact patients with results
  • Assist physicians with nurse visits and room patients as needed
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
  • Perform other related tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Graduate of NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA accredited school of nursing
  • Valid RN license to practice in Indiana
  • One year or more of nursing experience required
  • GI experience and medical office/outpatient experience preferred
