Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is around $83,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Job Description

You will lead the delivery of quality patient care and adherence to policies, procedures, and case management protocols. This includes actively participating in monitoring, guiding, and evaluating nursing staff performance, coordinating activities, prioritizing workflow, promoting decision-making, and problem-solving. You will also serve as a first point of escalation for team members needing consultation for complex or advanced treatment/care, provide onboarding support to new associates, function as a preceptor, and provide input into hiring, training, directing, development, and evaluation of staff.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
  • 1 year of experience required.
