**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving technical challenges, and driving business improvements through partnerships with customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Engage with internal and external customers to solve technical challenges and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Support and manage sales processes from point-of-contact to product/solution delivery.
  • Build and maintain business relationships with customers.
  • Provide feedback to customers on adequate stock levels and estimate date of delivery based on vendor's production and delivery schedules.
  • Review reports of business transactions and work with Outside Sales to establish and coordinate customer pricing profiles.
  • Support the Accounts Receivable department by responding to customer invoice dispute issues and investigate and resolve customer problems with deliveries.
  • May purchase material directly from vendor and coordinate product returns.
  • Solicit special pricing from vendors and perform other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**

  • Strong customer service or projects background required.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present information to internal and external customers in one-on-one and group settings.
  • High School Diploma required; any additional education is a plus.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) proficiency required.
