About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Medical Billing Customer Service Representative to join our team at 99 Healthcare Management in Dallas, Texas. As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will be responsible for managing patient communications, resolving account discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions.

In this fast-paced environment, you will work closely with patients, insurance representatives, and other stakeholders to ensure timely payment and accurate processing of claims. You will also be responsible for initiating claims, performing necessary paperwork, and documenting all interactions. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to identify and resolve complex issues quickly and efficiently.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong technical skills in medical billing software such as Athena or eClinicalWorks (eCW). A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but an associate's degree or higher is preferred.

As a Medical Billing Customer Service Representative, you can expect a competitive salary of $48,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
