Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Volkswagen of South Charlotte. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating appointments and quotes, responding to customer inquiries, and assisting customers in vehicle selection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with potential customers to qualify and market to them
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and well-spoken manner
  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles based on their needs and preferences
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including online resources
  • Accurately log activities on our internal lead management system
  • Generate leads for our Finance and Insurance managers
  • Deliver sold vehicles to customers to ensure quality service and generate referrals
Requirements
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
  • Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Self-driven and motivated to achieve results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience generating and/or building a loyal client base highly regarded
  • Knowledge of current trends and news, plus a strong desire to learn more and do more
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
