About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at InsideHigherEd. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience at our historic and award-winning property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a dedicated team of members, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment that upholds the University's mission and values.
  • Contribute to a property steeped in a century of heritage while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in a vibrant, guest-centered setting.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including employee relations, personnel policies, collective bargaining agreements, and payroll processing.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in human resources, including employee relations, personnel policies, collective bargaining agreements, and payroll processing.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of human resource practices, policies, and procedures in a complex organization.
  • Excellent analytical skills to organize data and material to draw appropriate conclusions and make recommendations for solutions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, as dictated by operational needs.
  • Must obtain and maintain fingerprint roller certification.
