Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Provide polite, friendly greetings and interactions with all guests, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Product Knowledge: Explain product offerings, ingredients, flavors, and menu items to guests, and actively provide samples as needed.
- Product Preparation: Efficiently prepare product for sale, including frying, cutting, slicing, weighing, pricing, and cooking.
- Inventory Management: Maintain product levels, quality, and freshness according to station guidelines, and communicate any issues to management.
- Sanitation and Safety: Maintain sanitation standards in the cooler, freezer, prep area, and sales area, and report any temperature or product breakdowns to supervisor.
- Communication: Communicate guest requests to management and/or satisfy requests in a timely manner, and keep supply and work areas neat, clean, and tidy at all times.
- Teamwork: Work well with others, including team members and management, to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally, and bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication, customer service, and selling skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
