Position Overview

A successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their team as a Customer Relations Representative. This role involves helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Use a customer-focused review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day.

Requirements
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks and achieve their goals
  • Self-motivation
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
