Job Title: Institutional Relations Manager

MANNA seeks a highly skilled and experienced Institutional Relations Manager to lead all fundraising activities related to foundation and corporate grants. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing and deepening relationships with current funders, diversifying funding streams by building new relationships, and optimizing growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and submit grant proposals and reports to foundations and corporations
  • Identify and cultivate new funding opportunities to support current and emerging initiatives at MANNA
  • Develop and implement a stewardship plan for existing institutional funders to strengthen relationships and increase giving
  • Work closely with the Chief Advancement Officer to set annual institutional fundraising goals and track revenue
  • Represent MANNA at outreach and networking events to build the agency's prospect network

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a writing-intensive field or relevant writing experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a writing and relationship management role
  • Proven track record of successful relationship management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to develop clear and convincing presentation materials

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $58,000 – $67,000
