Role Summary:

Anthropologie is seeking a skilled Vendor Relations Associate to support the day-to-day needs of the Brand Marketing Team. This role will work closely with the Associate Manager, Vendor Relations to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth and collaboration with external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Associate Manager, Vendor Relations in coordinating co-op client services, including attending pitch presentations and providing support to vendors.
  • Request and organize vendor brand guidelines and product priorities to inform messaging and creative direction for campaigns.
  • Share influencer options and relay vendor feedback to the corresponding team.
  • Co-op Campaign Execution & Reporting: Brief in and track co-op marketing needs, maintain the co-op marketing tracker, and follow up with teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Co-op Invoicing, Budgeting and Forecasting: Partner with the Associate Manager, Vendor Relations to create, disseminate, and track incoming co-op funds, invoices, and budgeting updates.
  • Home/Apparel Collaborations: Oversee marketing strategy for Tier 3 collaborations, including partnering with cross-functional teams for channel-specific input/results and communicating changes to launch dates & timelines.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of marketing experience desired.
  • Charismatic and proactive communication style for external communication.
  • Strong organization skills, including building timelines and working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work with cross-functional partners across multiple teams.
  • General awareness of/experience working with digital media campaigns a plus.
  • Motivated by curiosity, whether solving a problem, pursuing a new experience, or seeking creative inspiration.
  • Proven ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and results.
  • Results-driven, solution-oriented, flexible, self-driving, and able to change course quickly, think big, and start small, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
