Customer Service Supervisor Role
Ollie's Bargain Outlet is seeking a skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front-end team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer receives outstanding service. Your duties will include resolving customer service issues, communicating customer requests to Team Leaders, and promoting all promotions and advertisements to the front-end team.

- Ensure exceptional customer service by all front-end associates
- Resolve customer service issues, including answering questions and addressing concerns
- Communicate customer requests to Team Leaders when necessary
