Front Office Supervisor Job Description

At TownePlace Suites by Marriott, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Provide the highest level of service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, ensuring a clean and organized environment, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling, reporting, and data entry, as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a front office or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
