Position Overview

The Casework Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the Case Management Team by applying professional judgment and established best practices. The primary objective is to facilitate the prompt and secure reunification of Unaccompanied Children (UCs) with their designated Sponsors.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Casework Specialist include:

  1. Providing direct assistance to the Case Management Team in various tasks related to casework.
  2. Ensuring compliance with established protocols to promote the safety and well-being of Unaccompanied Children.
  3. Maintaining detailed records and documentation of case progress and interactions.
Qualifications

Position Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of an Associate degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services, or a high school diploma accompanied by 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  2. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  3. A valid driver's license is required, with the ability to obtain a commercial driver's license if necessary.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, totaling 35 hours per week.
