What We Offer

As an End-of-Life Care Specialist, you will receive a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with a generous company match.

Job Description

Your primary responsibility will be to perform personal care needs for assigned patients, including bathing, dressing, and feeding. You will also be responsible for taking vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure, and reporting any significant changes to the Case Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong passion for providing end-of-life care and be certified by the state as a nurse aide. You should also maintain current CPR certification and be listed on the state aide registry with a clear record.
