We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated End-of-Life Care Specialist to join our team at Ambercare. As an End-of-Life Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in their most vulnerable time.

What We OfferAs an End-of-Life Care Specialist, you will receive a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with a generous company match.
Job DescriptionYour primary responsibility will be to perform personal care needs for assigned patients, including bathing, dressing, and feeding. You will also be responsible for taking vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure, and reporting any significant changes to the Case Manager.
