Job Title: Medical Assistant

About the Role


Community Health Centers of Greater Dayton is seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will provide exceptional patient care in our outpatient setting, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all patients.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide general clinical and procedural patient care to patients of all ages
  • Assist with medical procedures and exams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Coordinate with healthcare staff to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:


High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of an accredited medical assistant program preferred


Certification as a Medical Assistant preferred; CPR certification required


Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and medical software preferred


Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
