Job Summary

As a key member of the Marriott International team, the Director of Operations will be responsible for leading the hotel's operations, ensuring seamless execution of business strategies, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement departmental strategies to drive revenue growth and improve guest satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of department heads to ensure effective execution of business plans and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the hotel management team to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the brand's business strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in hotel operations, with a proven track record of success in leadership and revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and engineering.
