Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to crew and clients at the well site, maintaining effective communication with client well site representatives, rig crews, and field support staff.
- Plan and coordinate operations, utilizing technical expertise to determine the need, technique, and use of equipment on a well site.
- Advise customers on proper procedures to perform operations and provide instruction, troubleshooting issues on the well site to reduce non-productive time.
- Manage storage and inventories of supplies and fixed assets on the rig.
- Ensure work is performed in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company and industry standards.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive job documentation.
- Train, coach, and mentor trainees.
- Develop expertise on advanced techniques and participate in knowledge sharing.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in open-hole and/or cased-hole operations.
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant product line experience.
- High mechanical aptitude.
- Extensive knowledge of Fishing, Thru-Tubing, and related services.
- Extensive knowledge of Motors, Pumps, Compressors, and Power Swivels and pressure control relating to a drilling, completion, or production operation and related services.
- High School Diploma/Equivalent.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience.
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.
- Precise hand/eye coordination: Constantly.
- Basic keyboarding or other repetitive motions: Frequently.
- Operation of heavy equipment or operation of vehicles: Frequently.
- Lifting/pushing objects weighing over 50 lbs: Occasionally.
- Climbing and working in awkward and cramped positions: Frequently.
