Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Direction: Provide guidance and support to all department heads and hourly team members, including training on safety and sanitation protocols, health inspection standards, and company policies and procedures.
  • Operational Management: Maintain a strong understanding of all food and beverage, and amusement systems and operations to effectively manage all departments and ensure guest and team member needs are met.
  • Sales and Profitability: Play a key role in achieving ambitious sales growth and profitability targets, contributing to the development and implementation of the company's strategic business plans.
  • Staffing and Development: Assist the HR manager in staffing efforts, conduct final interviews with front-line candidates, and complete management performance appraisals, recommending merit increases to the VP of Operations.
  • Financial Management: Responsible for meeting the park's financial goals, including cost of sales, labor management, and hiring, developing, and retaining top team members.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Standing for long periods, frequent bending and turning, lifting 40 lbs, and ability to work in extreme temperatures.
  • Standard Company Expectations: Goes beyond normal expectations, demonstrates courtesy and accountability, responds to guest requests, monitors product consistency, and works in a friendly and diligent manner with team members.
