Restaurant Manager Job Description

As a Restaurant Manager at Entertainment Promotions, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and bowling lanes service. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all service and product standards are exceeded, providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the restaurant team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the culinary, restaurant, and group services department managers to ensure quality guest product and service alignment.
  • Oversee the selection, training, and development of all restaurant team members to ensure timely recruitment and career growth.
  • Approve and finalize all restaurant department schedules as initiated by the department supervisors.
  • Ensure the implementation of standards in guest service and constantly seek ways to improve product and service as well as increase volumes and profits.
  • Consistently maintain and refine service and bar/beverage standards through supervisor team.
  • Collaborate with bar supervisors and bartenders in refinement of successful seasonal bar menu turns and drink specials.
  • Assure consistent maintenance of F&B systems and control procedures in all restaurant operations.
  • Review all purchase requests for the restaurant before submitting to GM/AGM for approval.
  • Implement effective control of F&B, labor, and operating expenses within the restaurant department.
  • Ensure all F&B operations meet sanitation and safety compliance for FOH.
Requirements:
  • Standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning.
  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to withstand extreme hot/cold temperatures.
