Position Summary
We are currently seeking a qualified Assessment Specialist focusing on Physics. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and relevance of assessment materials for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine test questions, create assessment forms, and manage the progression of assessment materials through a comprehensive review process.
- Engage with client feedback to tailor content that aligns with specific expectations.
- Ensure alignment of assessment materials with established curriculum frameworks.
- Provide training and constructive feedback to external contributors, including item writers and content development teams.
- Adapt to and utilize necessary technology, including proprietary content management systems and standard office software.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Physics is essential, with a Master’s Degree in Physics or a related discipline.
- A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience is preferred, including roles in educational measurement, teaching, or content editing.
- Experience in teaching Physics at the college level or Advanced Placement (AP) Physics at the secondary level is highly desirable.
- Strong writing and organizational skills, along with a willingness to learn new technologies, are required.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and external committees is crucial.
Compensation and Benefits
