Position Overview
Adecco is currently seeking a qualified Assessment Specialist with expertise in Physics. This role is essential for developing and evaluating assessment materials tailored to meet specific educational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine test questions, compile assessment forms, and manage the review process for assessment materials.
- Engage with client feedback to ensure content aligns with their expectations and educational frameworks.
- Ensure assessment materials are consistent with prescribed curriculum guidelines.
- Provide training and constructive feedback to external contributors involved in content development.
- Adapt to various technologies necessary for the role, including proprietary content management systems and standard office software.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Physics, supported by a Master's Degree in Physics or a related discipline.
- A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience, preferably in educational measurement, teaching, or content editing.
- Teaching experience, particularly in college-level Physics or Advanced Placement (AP) Physics, is highly desirable.
- Strong writing and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and external committees.
Compensation and Benefits
