Guest Services Supervisor

Crescent Hotels and Resorts is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Guest Services Supervisor. As a key member of our Front Desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service and has a memorable stay with us.
About the Role:
- You will supervise and mentor the Guest Service Agents, providing coaching and feedback to help them improve their performance.
- You will respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- You will analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Salary:
$65,000 - $85,000 per year.
