Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of front desk functions, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for front desk staff.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records, including guest information and hotel inventory.
  • Process guest payments and handle cash handling procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and colleagues.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
