Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service
    • Act as a champion for clients, providing exemplary service and ensuring their needs are met.
    • Partner with colleagues across the bank to support client retention objectives and proactively promote solutions to meet client needs.
  • Sales Management
    • Lead and manage the internal sales process, including outbound calling efforts, client site visits, and cross-selling opportunities.
    • Develop and train sales and service colleagues to actively participate in sales activity and achieve sales goals.
  • Team Leadership
    • Proactively guide colleagues and teams to achieve results, accurately assess strengths and develop needs, and provide feedback and coaching to help colleagues achieve their full potential.
    • Manage and conduct annual reviews for sales and service team members.
  • Operational Integrity
    • Ensure the operational integrity of the branch, including risk management and loss prevention.
    • Complete, monitor, and audit branch certifications and operational reviews to ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of direct client service experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a banking environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of bank policies and procedures, regulatory compliance, and bank products and services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
What We Offer
