About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our property management team at FirstService Residential. This is an exciting opportunity to provide administrative support to our team and contribute to the success of our community.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the property management team with various administrative tasks, ensuring timely and efficient completion of duties.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain accurate homeowner information, resolve issues promptly, and enhance resident satisfaction.
  3. Develop and distribute welcome packages, community email updates, and other materials that showcase our community's unique features and services.
  4. Maintain an organized and secure storage system for common area keys, amenity access cards, and other sensitive materials.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding resident expectations.
  6. Participate in community events, maintaining a positive attitude and promoting a sense of community among residents.
  7. Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that enhance the quality of life for our residents.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience and strong commitment to customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
