We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rental Car Customer Service Representative to join our team at Hertz. As a key member of our airport location team, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage vehicle returns, and ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our customers.

Salary: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Manage vehicle returns process in compliance with Hertz's policies and procedures.
  • Provide world-class customer service, including welcoming customers, assisting with luggage, answering questions, and resolving customer issues professionally.
  • Inspect vehicles, record new damage or cleaning requirements, complete documentation, check fuel levels, and explain final charges to customers.
  • Secure vehicle keys, ensure they stay with the vehicle, and offer assistance as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of sales or customer experience in a high-volume or service-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate in English clearly and proficiently.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.
