About the Role:This part-time position as an at-home customer service representative for the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust's Guest Services Department is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team. The Customer Service Representative will communicate daily via phone and email with Pittsburgh Cultural Trust subscribers, donors, single-ticket buyers, and visitors to the Cultural District.
Key Responsibilities:The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for processing Cultural Trust and Cultural District subscriptions, and single tickets via phone, mail, and internet as needed. This role requires strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to retain a lot of information.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in customer service and/or ticketing industry required
- Prior experience with a Customer Relationship Management database preferred
- Able to talk on the phone, sit, and work on a computer for extended periods time
$18.00 per hour
