Key Responsibilities:- Manage the kitchen and dining staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service and food quality.
- Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs, working closely with our residents and community leadership.
- Maintain accurate records of food inventory, supplies, and labor costs, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with our sales team to promote our community and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Ensure that all food is prepared, stored, and served according to company standards and health regulations.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service and a positive work environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Culinary Arts Degree and/or Chef Certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of culinary experience in the hospitality industry, with supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Food handlers permit and HACCP certification required; basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency a plus.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000-$105,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and tuition reimbursement.
