Administrative Assistant Opportunity

Innova Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our marketing team by coordinating meetings, managing projects, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
  • Manage project trackers and assist with campaign strategy and organization.
  • Develop and maintain presentations and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise between marketing and sales teams to coordinate materials for events and sales initiatives.
  • Assist with internal logistics for events, including calendar maintenance and material preparation.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in marketing, product, or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong organization and communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for media and advertising.
