- Utilize software tools to manage procurement, time and attendance, safety incidents, and contract labor tasks.
- Assist with data collection and reporting for incentive pay programs.
- Support financial tasks, including processing payments when needed.
- Contribute to the implementation of operational projects as required.
- Communicate with customers regarding service-related issues.
- Coordinate with employees regarding scheduling and work assignments.
- Enter and maintain Service Machine SMART data as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational, communication, and software proficiency skills.
- Predominantly an office-based role with minimal physical demands.
- Occasionally required to exert physical effort when handling objects under 30 pounds.
- Rare exposure to environmental risks or physical hazards.
