  • Communicate with customers regarding service-related issues.
  • Coordinate with employees regarding scheduling and work assignments.
  • Enter and maintain Service Machine SMART data as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational, communication, and software proficiency skills.
Work Environment:
  • Predominantly an office-based role with minimal physical demands.
  • Occasionally required to exert physical effort when handling objects under 30 pounds.
  • Rare exposure to environmental risks or physical hazards.
