Position Overview:
  • Maintain precision in inventory oversight through detailed documentation, process validation, and systematic evaluations
  • Develop and execute replenishment plans, manage physical inventory counts, and perform cycle counts to address discrepancies
Key Responsibilities:
  • Tackle daily operational challenges in production
  • Design and assess production methodologies and tools
  • Integrate innovative manufacturing techniques as required
  • Optimize production workflows and layouts
  • Propose enhancements to improve product quality, operational efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction
  • Facilitate the seamless integration of new products into manufacturing
  • Revise assembly instructions, bills of materials, and routing processes
  • Support production staff in their roles
  • Address production challenges with innovative solutions
  • Independently analyze issues, propose resolutions, and advise on optimal actions
  • Foster collaborative relationships and provide guidance on fundamental matters
  • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats, tailoring communication style to different production team members
Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of experience in inventory management, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
  • Intermediate expertise in Inventory Control, Production Control, and MRP within manufacturing environments
  • Proficient in ERP systems, particularly Oracle
  • Basic knowledge of quality management systems and change management methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPIM certification
  • Forklift certification
Travel Requirements: 10% domestic
