THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is expanding, and so is our Inventory Management team within Retail. This presents a distinctive opportunity to contribute to a team that is responsible for assembling an appealing merchandise selection and strategically showcasing our products to engage our clients. As the Inventory Manager, you will oversee and instruct the Inventory team on the logistics of merchandise flow into and out of the store, while facilitating smooth operations across all facets of the retail environment. THE ROLE
In the capacity of Inventory Manager, you will guide the team to:
- Effectively and accurately manage incoming and outgoing shipments to and from our distribution centers, between stores, and directly to our clients
- Strategically organize products in the back room, ensuring even distribution to maintain optimal stock levels
- Maintain product display standards, ensuring the correct items are positioned appropriately according to the established merchandising plan
- Facilitate integrated cross-channel shopping experiences
- Support the smooth operation of all retail aspects, including window displays, fitting room management, supplies and equipment oversight, and technology assistance
- Contribute to business goals by managing the daily performance of your team, fostering career development and a remarkable employee experience
