Position Overview:
- Assist in the Mortgage Lending process, which may encompass roles such as Mortgage Support Assistants, Mortgage Processing, and Mortgage Closing.
- Provide a range of administrative support tasks within designated business units to facilitate daily operations.
- Work under direct supervision, adhering to established processes and procedures to complete routine assignments.
- Address inquiries from both internal and external sources to ensure prompt, accurate, and effective service.
- May act as a contact coordinator by managing general phone inquiries, directing visitor traffic, and organizing events or meetings.
- Engage in tasks with close supervision or under clearly defined guidelines. This is an entry-level administrative position, requiring minimal autonomy in task execution.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in an office or administrative capacity.
- Experience in a leadership role within retail or food service environments.
- Financial industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with Excel and SharePoint is a plus.
Work Environment:
- Standard workweek: Monday to Friday; 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Initial 6-month period is fully onsite. Opportunity for hybrid work arrangement thereafter.
