  • Assist with daily and weekly cleaning schedules to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Essential Skills and Abilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring guests feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service.
  • Assist with preparing and packaging orders according to Wingstop standards, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
  • Monitor cashiers to ensure they are using correct corporate guidelines, such as using the name and pushing surveys.
  • Oversee cash and credit transactions by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
  • Make employee assessments and provide one-on-one counseling reports for review with the Store Manager.
  • Hold crew members accountable for cleaning, damages to company property, and work output.
Requirements:
  • Understand and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Achieve company objectives in service quality and appearance of the facility through employee training and a positive working environment.
  • Meet scheduling requirements, cover shifts as needed, and follow up with the Store Manager for callouts or no-shows.
  • Ensure weekly truck deliveries are completed on schedule, controlling costs by ordering only what is needed.
  • Inspect equipment daily and maintain temperature logs.
  • Inspect products to ensure they have been received in correct unit count and condition, reporting any discrepancies to the Store Manager.
