Dishware Specialist

Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group is seeking a skilled Dishware Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dishroom, ensuring the efficient operation of our dishwashing equipment, and upholding the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
• Keep the dishroom and equipment clean and organized
• Load, run, and unload the dish machine
• Report any functional or mechanical problems with the dish machine to management
• Adhere to all safety standards and protocols
