Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse at SSM Health, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical setting. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
* Assess patient needs, identify potential problems, and develop effective care plans.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
* Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and health promotion.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:

* Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
* Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
* BLS certification.
* One year of medical-surgical experience preferred.
