Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping department to ensure guest rooms are prepared and ready for occupancy.
  • Manage incoming calls, online bookings, and in-person requests, providing accurate information on room rates, availability, and amenities.
  • Perform regular bookkeeping duties, maintaining accurate and up-to-date guest information.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front desk or guest services role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.

Compensation: $16 per hour
