Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated communications plans, messaging, and materials to advance our business priorities.
  • Partner with various stakeholders across the system to ensure our voice is authentic and consistent.
  • Manage and contribute to our internal and external communications infrastructure, including common platforms.
  • Evaluate and provide expertise on all aspects of communications, including media relations, project management, and incident command.
  • Develop and support shared services functions, including content creation, key messaging, and talking points.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, public relations, or related field.
  • Seven to ten years of progressive experience managing communications for complex/matrix organizations.
  • Well-rounded knowledge of all aspects of communications, including internal and external communications, media relations, public relations, and social/digital media.
  • Experience creating and managing integrated communication plans and strategies, including identifying goals, objectives, and metrics.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement and leadership development communications.
