Position Overview:

The full-time EP Customer Service Rep role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to advance their careers with a reputable organization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough reviews of system specifications, project drawings, and customer material lists.
  • Provide accurate estimates and pricing to clients promptly.
  • Follow up on orders and verify pricing levels throughout the order entry process.
  • Monitor actual versus estimated costs, ensuring pricing accuracy and making necessary adjustments.
  • Offer consultation and support to customers, sales teams, and internal staff.
  • Maintain organized records of all order documents, correspondence, and project-specific information.
  • Establish efficient processes for the timely handling of stock and modified door, frame, and window projects.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings and customer pricing requests.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently while maintaining focus.
  • Commitment to a safety-first approach in the workplace.
Physical Requirements:
  • Primarily operates in an office setting with a controlled climate.
  • Ability to perform light manual tasks at a computer and telephone station.
  • Occasional exposure to a manufacturing environment with varying noise levels and climate conditions.
  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment as required.
  • Occasional physical activities such as lifting, bending, and reaching may be necessary.
