Position Overview:
As a vital member of the Global Sales Operations team at OnLogic, you will collaborate closely with the Sales department to deliver exceptional sales and customer support, facilitate the onboarding of new clients, and manage tailored services.

Key Responsibilities:
In a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will:

  • Handle and prioritize daily inbound requests directed to Sales Operations.
  • Process customer orders and communicate significant updates regarding their open orders.
  • Prepare essential sales documentation, including quotes and vendor setup questionnaires.
  • Engage with customers through various communication channels to provide order updates and coordinate necessary meetings.
  • Oversee orders and manage services throughout the sales cycle, ensuring alignment with customer and company expectations.
  • Organize and lead custom projects associated with new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate effectively with OnLogic's technical, business, and procurement teams.
  • Support and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Team Dynamics:
The sales team comprises diverse and impactful roles, each providing opportunities to showcase exceptional sales leadership and customer service throughout the sales cycle. Key roles include:

  • Strategic Account Managers: Focused on securing significant new opportunities with global technology leaders.
  • Business Development Managers: Concentrated on acquiring new business and driving revenue growth.
  • Customer Success: Responsible for managing relationships with integrators and partners, ensuring outstanding customer service.
  • Inbound Sales: Engaging with global technology innovators seeking consultative partnerships.
  • Sales Engineering: Experts in assessing customer needs and delivering optimal solutions.
  • Sales Operations: Process-oriented leaders optimizing workflows in a rapidly scaling organization.

Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates with:

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role or business environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales support or customer service.
  • Proficiency in working with CRM and ERP systems.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Project management skills are advantageous.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
