Position Overview:

We are seeking a committed and skilled Permanent Case Manager to become part of our vibrant legal team. This role involves managing and overseeing a variety of legal cases, particularly in the realm of personal injury law. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of legal processes, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capacity to foster strong client relationships. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in case management, client relations, and personal injury law is required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all facets of a case from initiation to resolution, including drafting legal documents and ensuring accurate filing of paperwork.
2. Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, keeping them informed about case developments and any pertinent legal changes.
3. Collaborate with legal teams to gather evidence, conduct research, and prepare for legal proceedings.
4. Ensure all legal documentation is precise, thorough, and regularly updated.
5. Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely actions are taken.
6. Utilize case management software to track progress and maintain client records.
7. Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Law, Criminal Justice, or a related field; a paralegal certificate is a plus.
2. At least 2 years of experience in case management, ideally within the personal injury sector.
3. Proven track record in managing client relationships and signing cases.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of legal documentation and court procedures.
5. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
7. Proficiency in case management software and legal databases.
8. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing a substantial caseload effectively.
