Role Summary

As a Business Lending Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include cultivating new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of valuable lending relationships, and negotiating loan terms and documentation. You will also be tasked with identifying business prospects, expanding an existing client base, and establishing new client relationships with moderate revenue potential and complexity to achieve your production objectives.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

  • Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and discretion regarding customer and bank information.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in banking operations and customer engagement or a comparable combination of education and experience is required.
  • Prior banking or financial training, seminars, or coursework is necessary.
