We are seeking an ambitious Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our Inside Sales team at Gigamon, based in Santa Clara, CA.

As a key member of our sales organization, you will partner with our regional sales teams and marketing teams to sell our innovative product that helps protect the world's largest organizations.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for developing leads for marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. This requires tapping into your amazing sales skills to generate qualified leads primarily through outbound phone and email efforts.

  • Prospect, research, qualify, and transition new leads to our Sales Team.
  • Identify and develop new business prospects from prospect lists as well as individual research.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a business/sales development role, preferably in a technology company.
  • A strong track record of success in driving targeted, outbound prospecting activities.

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this role is $145,600 - $182,400 per year, based on 2080 hours worked per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
