Substance Use Disorder Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recovery Support Specialist to join our team at SOME, Inc. As a key member of our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), you will be responsible for delivering recovery support services to individuals undergoing substance use disorder treatment.

The estimated salary for this position is $27.39 per hour, based on the national average for similar positions in the United States. However, salaries may vary depending on location and other factors.

**About the Role:**

Job Summary: The Recovery Support Specialist will provide case management and recovery support services to clients in the IOP clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience in case management, addiction treatment, and automated billing systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Assess and interpret client eligibility guidelines for enrollment into the SUD program, manage caseload, and monitor participation.
  • Group Facilitation: Provide group services for residents in Recovery Support Services and coordinate programs with the DC Department of Behavioral Health staff.
  • Billing and Documentation: Ensure that recovery support services are billed appropriately and maintain all required documents and input information into ECW, DBH database system.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5-7 years experience in case management with experience providing documented billable services in addiction treatment
  • At least 1 year of experience using ECW, Credible, or some other automated billing service
  • CPR and First Aid certification, Valid Drivers license
