Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Manager to join our team at Prisma Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our pediatric blood disorders unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise staff and unit operations to ensure delivery of safe and quality patient care on the unit.
  • Maintain high visibility to patients/families and staff on the unit, primarily on off-shifts, and resolve problems as needed.
  • Perform administrative, human resource, payroll, quality improvement, and unit coordination activities.

Accountabilities:

  • Oversee patient care activities in a charge nurse capacity to ensure delivery of safe and quality patient care on the unit/service.
  • Perform direct patient care consistent with the charge nurse/clinical registered nurse job description accountabilities.
  • Assist with continuing staff development, including clinical problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • 2 years of RN experience in an appropriate area of nursing.
  • Current R.N. Licensure as recognized by South Carolina.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location: Richland, SC.
