Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Medical Program Manager to join our team at Prestige Healthcare Resources Inc. This is a leadership role that will oversee the delivery of clinical services within our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program.

Responsibilities

  • Provide vision and leadership to ensure quality service provision and coordination of services to adult patients being serviced within the SUD program.
  • Serve as the day-to-day leader of the clinical team, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and coordination among team members.
  • Develop, implement, and manage treatment plans, ensuring they align with individual patient needs and professional standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and documents, adhering to agency policies and funding requirements.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning among team members.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, monitoring market trends, and seeking out new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • A valid DC clinical license with approved supervisor certification (APRN, RN, LMFT, LPC, LGSW, LISW, LICSW, Psychologist, Physician).
  • Three years of administrative supervisory experience in substance and behavioral health programs.
  • Experience working with diverse client populations, co-occurring disorders, and evidence-based practices.
  • Program development, data, and performance management experience.
  • Belief in a strengths-based approach to human services.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Outlook and other standard software applications.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
