Your Role:
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting our sales team, contributing to the realization of the American Dream. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and information to visitors.
  • Handling general office duties, such as answering inquiries and managing correspondence.
  • Welcoming clients and guests as they arrive.

This position offers a part-time schedule, averaging around 30 hours per week, with competitive hourly compensation.

Requirements:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional who meets the following criteria:

  • Availability during weekdays and some weekends.
  • A high school diploma is required; some college education is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or professional capacity is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A real estate license is a plus.

Additional Information:
This position requires the ability to thrive in a high-traffic customer environment and build rapport quickly with clients. A foundational understanding of current technology for reporting and social media is also beneficial.
