Battery Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Battery Sales Specialist to join our team at NAPA Auto Parts. As a key contact point with wholesale customers, you will be responsible for promoting NAPA battery products in an assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain good relations with NAPA Battery DEBI customers.
- Coordinate sales activities among multiple stores.
- Maintain a market development and expansion plan.
- Conduct deliveries in a consistent, safe, and timely manner.
- Work with Regional Manager to develop, update, and execute sales plans.

- Valid Driver's License required.
- High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred.
- Must be able to pass DOT physical.
- Capable of operating TAMS point-of-sale system and cataloging.
- Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with people.
- Capable of recognizing and distinguishing letters and numbers (both visually and aurally) and remembering their sequence.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy as well as ability to multi-task and is self-motivated.
- Capable of lifting and moving merchandise of up to 130 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk, or sit and drive, for entire work shift.
- Ability to bend or stoop to floor-level shelves and be able to reach upper shelves with use of stool or ladder when necessary.
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $17.50 per hour.
